AI That Actually Helps

Smarter Than a Template

Most appeal letter sites give you a fill-in-the-blanks template. Ours uses AI trained on real Australian fine law — the Road Transport Act, Fines Act, Infringements Act, Electoral Act — to build a letter specific to your situation, your authority, and your grounds.

Done in 5 Minutes, Not 5 Hours

Tell us what happened, and our AI does the heavy lifting. It finds the strongest grounds for your appeal, checks what evidence you need, and writes a letter you'd think came from a solicitor. All you do is print it.

We'll Tell You Straight

No point fighting a fine you can't win. Our AI assesses your case honestly before you pay a cent — strong, moderate, or weak. If the grounds aren't there, we'll tell you. No wasted money, no false hope.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of fines do you cover?
We cover parking fines, speeding fines, mobile phone fines, red light camera fines, seatbelt fines, toll road fines, and failure to vote fines across NSW, Victoria, and Queensland. Public transport, council, and EPA fines are coming soon.
Is this legal advice?
No. This service generates appeal letters based on publicly available information about fine appeal processes in Australia. It is not legal advice. If you need legal advice, consult a qualified solicitor or traffic lawyer.
How much does it cost?
Prices start from $4.99 AUD for voting and toll road fines, $9.99 for parking fines, and $14.99 for driving offences (speeding, mobile phone, red light, seatbelt). That covers the AI assessment, personalised letter generation, and in-browser editing. No subscriptions, no hidden fees. When your fine could be anywhere from $80 to $2,500+, it’s well worth it.
Which states and councils do you cover?
We cover 75+ councils across New South Wales (33 councils), Victoria (31 councils), and Queensland (11 councils). If your council or authority isn’t listed, just type it in — you’ll still get a professional appeal letter. For driving offences and voting fines, appeals go to state authorities. Coverage for SA, WA, TAS, NT, and ACT is coming soon.
What are my chances of success?
It depends on your situation. Our AI analyses your case against real appeal grounds and tells you honestly — strong, moderate, or weak — before you pay. We're not going to take your money if the grounds aren't there.
How do I submit my appeal letter?
After printing your letter, submit it through the appropriate channel for your state. NSW fines go through the Revenue NSW myPenalty portal, Victorian fines through your council’s online review form or Fines Victoria, and Queensland fines directly to the issuing council or authority. We include step-by-step submission instructions with every letter.
What if my appeal fails?
A failed appeal doesn’t make your situation worse — you still owe the original fine amount. In Victoria, you can elect to have the matter heard in Magistrates’ Court (though this carries additional costs). In NSW and QLD, you can pay the fine or explore hardship and payment plan options. We’d also suggest consulting a traffic lawyer if the stakes are high — particularly if demerit points or licence suspension are involved.
How does the AI work?
We use advanced AI trained on Australian fine legislation, appeal grounds, and government processes. It analyses your specific situation and writes a letter that references the correct legislation, the strongest grounds, and the right authority for your state. Every letter is different — tailored to your fine, your circumstances, and your jurisdiction.
